We retain your account and membership information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your membership, we retain your data for up to 12 months to handle any billing disputes or service follow-ups, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Service request records are retained for up to 24 months to support warranty-related follow-ups and service history.
