Account and Membership Information: When you create an account or join as a member, we collect your name, email address, and membership plan selection. This information is used to manage your membership and provide support services. Payment Information: Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We retain only the Stripe customer ID and subscription ID necessary to manage your billing relationship. Service Request Information: When you submit a support request or service inquiry, we collect the details you provide — including a description of your tech issue, your contact information, and any relevant device or network information you choose to share. This information is used solely to diagnose and resolve your issue. This data is aggregated and anonymized and is used to improve the website experience.

We use your information for the following purposes only: To provide and manage your membership and deliver tech support services. To communicate with you about your account, service requests, billing, and membership updates. To send service reminders, membership renewal notices, and important policy updates. To improve our website and service offerings based on aggregated usage data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate AllTechCare Club: Stripe (stripe.com) — Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card transactions and is PCI-DSS compliant. Manus (manus.im) — The platform used to host and operate the AllTechCare website and member portal. Google Workspace — Used for business email communications ([email protected], [email protected]). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns.

We retain your account and membership information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your membership, we retain your data for up to 12 months to handle any billing disputes or service follow-ups, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Service request records are retained for up to 24 months to support warranty-related follow-ups and service history.
