Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in AllTechCare Club. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AllTechCare Club (owned and operated by Tony Beede).
By enrolling in an AllTechCare Club membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in or use AllTechCare Club services. These terms apply to all membership tiers (Classic, Plus, and Premier) and govern your use of AllTechCare Club services, including remote support, on-site support, and access to the member portal.
AllTechCare Club provides residential technology support services to members within our service area (50-mile radius of Washington, MO 63090). Membership is non-transferable and limited to the registered residential address. Services are provided on a best-effort basis during standard business hours unless otherwise specified in your membership tier. Response times listed are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on service demand, weather, and other factors beyond our control. Covered service events (included labor sessions up to 60 minutes) are defined in the AllTechCare Club Member Agreement, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Memberships are billed annually or monthly as selected at enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize AllTechCare Club to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Annual memberships are billed in full at the start of each membership year. Monthly memberships are billed on the same calendar date each month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. AllTechCare Club does not store your full card number or CVV. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in service interruption.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your member dashboard. Annual memberships: Cancellation stops future renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the current membership year already paid. You retain access to member benefits through the end of your paid period. Monthly memberships: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued. AllTechCare Club reserves the right to cancel a membership for violation of these terms, abuse of services, or non-payment, with or without prior notice.
AllTechCare Club services are for residential use only. Commercial use, resale, or use on behalf of a business entity is not permitted under a residential membership. You agree not to use AllTechCare Club services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized access to computer systems, distribution of malware, or circumvention of digital rights management. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward AllTechCare Club staff will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
AllTechCare Club provides software support, configuration, troubleshooting, and guidance for covered devices. We do not provide hardware repair, physical parts replacement, or warranty services unless explicitly stated. Services do not cover damage caused by physical impact, liquid damage, power surges, or acts of nature. Data loss resulting from hardware failure, malware, or user error is not covered, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery at member discount rates. AllTechCare Club is not responsible for third-party software, subscription services, or hardware purchased at our recommendation.
AllTechCare Club's total liability to you for any claim arising from your membership or use of our services shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AllTechCare Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of business, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Your use of AllTechCare Club services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at alltechcare.com/privacy-policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
AllTechCare Club reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of your membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at alltechcare.com/terms-of-service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Missouri.
